Property Management Team

Beatrice David:  Property Manager, born and raised in Guadeloupe.  Majored in Art.  Worked many years in the antique business in Paris & New York.  Supervised the interior design of two hotels - one in Anjou (Loire Valley), and the other Le Toiny in St. Barth.  Worked for the owners since 1994.

Frederic Dreano:  Villa Maintenance, born in Paris and grew up in Marsellies.  Majored in Hotel Management.  Lived in Africa and ran a “tea room” business for two years.  Moved back to Paris and worked for Air France.  Moved with his family to St Barth in 2006.  Worked for the owners since 2006.

Jerome Florit:  Villa Maintenance, born in Bordeaux and later moved to Marseilles.  Graduate in Hotel School in Marseilles with Frederic.  Worked several years for Hotel Group Accord and one year in London.  Arrived in St Barth in 1998 and has worked for the owners since 2000

Jean Michel Rocheteau:  Pool Maintenance, born in Le Mans.  School of Horse Harness and was a professional in the sport.  Traveled in Asia and arrived in St Barth in 1990 and worked for the owners since 1996

Xavier David :  General Contractor & Builder, born in Hyeres, near Toulon, South of France.  Graduated in Paris at L’Ecole Speciale des Travaux Publics and received his Engineering Construction Degree in 1983. First traveled to Guadeloupe to work for Cie Construction and later moved to St. Barth in 1984.  Started out in the Real Estate Business, but set up his construction business in 1986.    He built the owners first villa on St. Barths as well as La Danse des Etoiles.
